Fifteen years of experience in the international strategic management field as a member of the Strategic Committee, endorse the trajectory of our Chief Financial Officer. She is an expert in financing, planning, execution and improvement of business strategies, optimizing efficiency in the control, management and implementation of change processes. Vanessa has built corporate structures with financial products for fiscal profitability for clients such as Disney, Netflix and Amazon, as well as independent production companies.

After graduating in Economics & Business Administration from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, she took several courses in Marketing, Law, Team Management and Time Management. Eva has more than 20 years of experience, 18 of them as Controller of an international company in the tourism field. She has led projects to implement new operating systems and internal control systems, as well as work as a consultant in different companies providing support in their external audits.

With a degree in Humanities from Carlos III University, Paula Perez has 18 years of experience in national and international productions. She has participated in film productions for Media Films, Tornasol, Castafiore Films, Alfresco Enterprise, Kanzaman Productions and Babieka Films, among others; Europroducciones TV, Grupo Prisa or Magnolia TV for Television; and BBVA Creative for corporate communication.

The Federation Group is 100% committed to creating sustainable productions and reducing the Carbon footprint. We have made this commitment as part of our hallmark.
We look after the environment, social performance and legal responsibility, among others.
Since its creation, Federation Spain, in addition to the different corporate policies for the well-being of its employees and the reduction of the carbon footprint in its daily activity, implements innovative actions that enable sustainability throughout the life cycle of an audiovisual production.
With the advice of a specialized group of eco-consultants, each project and its needs are studied and evaluated in order to draw up a sustainability plan to reduce the carbon footprint. Our film “Dancing on Glass” had an impact of 0 (zero) emissions during its filming phase, thanks to the sustainability plan applied, and the subsequent compensation. In the case of “Awareness”, the film obtained the EMA Gold Seal.
Some of the steps we take to help the environment are:
Paper-free productions, reusable bottles, shared transport, electric vehicles, hire of local equipment, use of rechargeable batteries, personalized and reusable tableware, use of led lights and electric generators, etc.
